元朗人氣嘅串燒鋪,之前聽啲朋友講話特登搭車入嚟食,今日終於第一次試。叫咗豬頸肉,牛柳,雞柳。串燒本身已經燒好咗,所以大概5分鐘左右就有得食。本身有啲擔心佢燒好再翻熱啲串燒會乾,但係又冇事喎。最好食非雞柳莫屬( $15 ),燒得岩岩好,脆邊肉嫩多汁,非常香口,自家醬汁配搭一流,又唔會太咸。豬頸肉( $15 )呢個就冇咩特別,類似平時燒嘢食嗰啲豬頸肉咁嘅醃料味道,切得比較薄,個人覺得串燒或者燒肉厚切係非常重要,因為咁樣先可以食到個層次。牛柳( $15 )呢個價錢食牛肉就唔好期望有牛味啦,不過牛柳好淋身,太淋,少咗牛肉本身嘅質感,好似花園餐廳食嘅牛柳咁。整體我覺得雞肉我係會再食嘅,其他就唔會啦,不過果然如傳聞中佢嘅醬汁係最正,叫咗小辣都好辣,係齒頰留辣。
