招牌醉藥雞。肉質鮮嫩多汁,入口即化,醬料也恰到好處,不會過於濃郁而蓋過了雞肉本身的鮮甜味。大大小小的雞塊均被醃製均勻,讓人一口接一口停不下來。此外,搭配上幾片清脆的蔬菜,既增加了口感層次,又能清新一下味蕾。除了醉藥雞,我還點了他們家的砂窩胡椒豬肚雞。豬肚入口軟嫩鮮美,而且並不會有太重的膻味,而是帶有一股微微的香氣,讓人食欲大增。此外,雞肉同樣鮮嫩多汁,配上濃郁的砂鍋汁,簡直是人間美味。泡椒豬手和麻辣豬耳。兩道菜式都帶有濃濃的麻辣香氣,辣度恰到好處,不會過於刺激口腔,反而能帶來一種舒爽的刺激感。特別是麻辣豬耳,入口脆嫩,讓人難忘。
