生日同屋企人食飯,菜式特別享受美滿嘅一餐。雞湯花膠扒最為難忘,花膠非常厚肉,雞湯濃郁,店長介紹先用母雞熬湯,雞殼丟棄,用另一隻新鮮雞熬20分鐘上枱,雞肉滑到不得了。冰鎮咕嚕肉中間有麥芽糖擺設,小朋友博爛佢盡興,大人亦食盡懷舊味道。韭菜鵝紅煲,第一次食鵝紅,非常美味,口感比豬紅好,應該唔係好多地方有得食,非常難得。鮑魚扣鵝掌非常入味,軟硬適中。蟠龍老虎斑拆骨起肉,配上絲瓜又滑又爽口美味。 最唔顯眼嘅豆苗竟然有驚喜,雞油炒豆苗,非常香口嫩滑。竹炭豆腐、荔枝蝦丸都係阿鴻小館特色菜,已經第二次食,小朋友最鍾意這兩味菜。
