Happy Friday 來到紅磡搵食,食雞煲。呢間既雞煲係屬於汁煮派系既雞煲,汁煮就冇咁易柴口,比較嫩滑。但唔好處就係用返同一個煲去打邊爐,加湯落去就變左等於用洗煲水打邊爐。先講味道,少辣少麻,配上芫荽洋蔥,好惹味。雞既肉質好嫩滑,黏上麻辣汁,很入味,很配。另外驚喜就係個「豉油皇鮮魷炒麵」,食得出是用全蛋麵去炒,炒麵好乾身,爽口,唔太多油,重豉油味,要即時翻兜叫多碟。椒鹽九肚魚,食到久違了的大排檔小炒風味。#雞煲皇 #打邊爐 #晚餐 #招牌雞煲 #豉油皇鮮魷炒麵 #椒鹽九肚魚 #紅磡 #紅磡美食 #gathering #疫情下的日常
