對上一次同朋友嚟過,不過上次就唔好食雞煲,今次就一於嚟試吓佢嘅雞煲。職員就叫我哋叫咗雞煲先,之後先至再睇火鍋料。佢哋嘅雞煲有分大中小辣或者唔辣,我哋叫咗小辣,其實個味道都幾濃郁,小辣啱啱好。雞件全部都好入味,食完仲有少少麻嘅感覺,同埋佢哋嘅雞煲比較特別喺配料方面除咗芫荽洋蔥香料之外仲會加入豬皮。豬皮全部索晒啲辣雞煲嘅汁,超級惹味食緊雞煲嘅時候我哋叫咗手切頂級安格斯。安格斯牛唔會太肥,用雞汁嚟淥惹味得來又有油香。清晒啲雞之後,我哋就轉咗個瑤拄群翅雞湯湯底打邊爐,我哋加咗$20 ,叫店員直接比過一煲新嘅湯。湯底足料,入邊有雞、翅仲有金華火腿!首先飲一啖,清甜!火鍋料我哋就叫咗鬼馬墨魚,根足舖頭指示,墨魚膠向底淥秒。墨魚膠爽口彈牙,油炸鬼微脆!
