咁啱經過,上網搵吓附近有邊間出名食雞,又咁啱大廈喺我隔離。三點去到,冇人。唔入都入咗,好彩員工又幾好禮貌。我食嘢講求原味,食白切雞多。但見太爺鷄先係signature dish, 決定give it a try。返到屋企一打開... 嘩! 如圖所見,成盒都係髀、翼、翼髀,而且飯量適中。(女仔可能食唔晒)菜唔止兩條,係一堆,但就淡口咗啲,冇咩味。蓮藕湯唔算濃,但至少足料,飲完唔怕口渴。太爺鷄即係豉油雞,皮薄脂肪少,豉油微甜。肉質鮮嫩滑溜,雞味好濃郁,冇被豉油蓋過,掂喎!燒味飯嚟講$42(+$1盒)價錢中等啦,但外賣通常得雞頭雞尾,今次有咁嘅質量真係好驚喜。有機會去觀塘嘅話一定會試埋貴妃雞!
