To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 十月下旬‧晴這一天跟大伙兒來大嶼山工作,在愉景灣放飯,大伙兒來吃午餐。三道菜的午市套餐有兩款選擇,是日不想吃螺絲,選了烤雞胸。前菜是蕃茄白豆湯,酸酸的蕃茄味道濃郁,熱度十足再加上白豆,是不錯的冬日菜式。烤雞胸厚厚的大大件,在表面可看到不錯的烤紋。肉質是意想不到的軟熟,加入蘑菇汁就是好吃。最後來一杯特雙咖啡消消滯,是簡單的意式午餐。
