To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

幾年前我在元朗讀書的時候,一星期有幾日都會去譚仔雲南米線(三哥) 食午餐,因為學生會比較便宜,而且份量都幾多。畢業後至現在(約一年)都沒去元朗,上星期放假突然想去元朗行一行,懷念讀書既日子,咁當然要食譚仔米線啦我同朋友12點半左右去到譚仔都勁多人,要,我點左一個雞肉+腩肉酸辣米線+凍菜蜜。等左一陣,食物到啦.我習慣先飲一啖湯底,發現酸辣湯底既酸辣味道比之前淡左,不過都不是大問題。至於米線份量就比從前小左小小,不過如果不是大食之人,應該都可以有80%飽。我最欣賞係腩肉,因為好入味,多年前至現在都咁鐘意雞肉就好似無咩雞味,但好處是沒油。埋單發現食碗米線+杯凍飲,埋單平均都係$30幾蚊一位,十分吾錯,勁抵讚!!!!

Other Info. : 由於譚仔雲南米線(三哥) 客人多,所以當客人食完野後,職員會立即收拾客人的碗筷。
