To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早幾晚食得唔係好飽, 於是黎左呢度食宵夜, 其實都冇特別想食, 淨係知想食野, 於是諗住入去望下個餐牌有咩好野先啦!睇睇下就好想試下佢地個柱侯牛腩麵, 於是乎即刻落單, 好快就有得食!先講下柱侯牛腩麵個湯底, 師傅我連喝四五口都唔覺得有味, 非常淡口下, 湯底算唔得; 柱侯牛腩賣相都可以, 仲有兩大舊牛筋, 牛腩本身都幾鬆但唔算腍, 仲幾鞋下, 好唔容易先食晒, 而牛筋就幾硬下, 冇左牛筋種滑滑地同埋韌韌既口感; 而麵應該係生麵, 好爽口, 不過就有鹼水味, 如果冇鹼水就仲正! 成碗柱侯牛腩麵可以用兩個字黎形容~"雞肋", 食之無味, 棄之可惜!總括黎講真係唔算出色, 可能始終唔係招牌菜既關係啦! 下次都會黎不過就一定唔會再食柱侯牛腩麵喇!

先講下柱侯牛腩麵個湯底, 師傅我連喝四五口都唔覺得有味, 非常淡口下, 湯底算唔得; 柱侯牛腩賣相都可以, 仲有兩大舊牛筋, 牛腩本身都幾鬆但唔算腍, 仲幾鞋下, 好唔容易先食晒, 而牛筋就幾硬下, 冇左牛筋種滑滑地同埋韌韌既口感; 而麵應該係生麵, 好爽口, 不過就有鹼水味, 如果冇鹼水就仲正!
