To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 雞胸肉無味、又鞋又唔到

今日中午去荃灣麗城商場裡面既chicken factory。店內冇乜顧客， 當時有兩三個職員只喺度做緊自己嘢，完全無察覺有顧客企喺收銀機前等緊落order。等左兩3分鐘，叫左個海南雞飯。打開個飯盒一睇，餸全部淨雞胸（全部好鞋又冇味道），好勉強地食完成盒飯。 忍唔住去前台反映意見，過肥肥地嘅男職員話喺可以指定部位，但就要加錢。原來唔加錢，就要忍受呢D又鞋又冇味道嘅雞胸肉，真係長知識了！從這間chicken factory 開張至今，都常常光顧可以話係熟客。但係經過今日嘅體驗，可以好失望咁係講……係時候同呢間鋪頭講拜拜
