To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚係一星期第二次食,上一次係食羊腩煲,今次試雞酒🔀肥牛。。。服務態度:米芝蓮級服務。環境方面:夠靜,舒服。食物質素:雞酒太多藥材,重藥味,再加肥牛完全唔夾,牛幾靚都死,大家千其唔好crossover。小象拔蚌好甜。鮑魚太細隻,好似小食鮑魚咁細,但味道好。糯米飯好味,油份不太重,又不會太乾,味道夠不會過咸。性價比:中等總結:米芝蓮級真係要試,我一定會再去,因為還有其他食物未食,每次都只能試幾種。好味指數
