早在2018年,我老友已經介紹過呢間以大雞髀出名嘅餐廳,到今日我突然諗起呢間野,挑起條筋今日去食覓食家,佢嘅雞髀應該出左名好幾年了,今日我先第一次食,依家疫症關係啦,一張枱唔可以坐咁多人,可能會出現等位耐左嘅情形。一入去坐低唔駛諗,雞髀飯$49,有炸髀同豉油髀揀,我之後聽到人落單先知,我叫嗰陣個店員直接幫我落炸髀蛋呢佢會問你熟蛋定太陽蛋,好細心汁我要豉油,想簡單啲,其他汁我怕太濃味,有其他汁揀的啲豉油落哂喺個飯度,混合埋啲蛋汁,佢個豉油應該煮過,自己再調過味,幾好食,少少甜,有陣藥材定香料味個飯好,有咬口而唔會爛,米有質素我食哂啲飯再食髀,咁樣方便啲一睇就覺得好誇張啦,咁大隻,淨係食髀都飽啦切開就見到白雪雪雞肉,唔算乾嘅,有啲汁,冇調味的,就咁炸的香口嘅,肉軟熟,食到雞味,但你問我呢,我覺得雞髀細隻返少少好啲,我當然知大隻髀就係賣點,但係呢個係我感覺囉味道就可以,冇話好驚喜但$49絕對抵食最後我都要用手食凍檸茶,唔夠甜味,茶ok,甘甘地澀澀哋佢個餐牌一覽,自己睇下啦~

切開就見到白雪雪雞肉,唔算乾嘅,有啲汁,冇調味的,就咁炸的
香口嘅,肉軟熟,食到雞味,但你問我呢,我覺得雞髀細隻返少少好啲,我當然知大隻髀就係賣點,但係呢個係我感覺囉
味道就可以,冇話好驚喜


但$49絕對抵食
