To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 經長洲朋友介紹，今次特登去到長洲隱世小店No.11，店鋪風格好有小鎮cafe feel，喺長洲中西合壁嘅地方入面非常自然。入到去都係返依到出名既All day breakfast，個人嚟講係一個牛油果迷，本身比較鐘意食牛油果，見依到有咁特別嘅牛油果醬蟹肉焗薯，當然係要試下！淨係個擺盤已經夠影返夠本，味道都好好味，牛油果同蟹肉好夾，咁嘅配答都係第一次食。另外都叫多左個雙層芝士漢堡，本身會跟一個薯條，所以都幾抵食，牛肉juice又多汁，包皮都夠脆，絕對食得過。最後仲有叫左個台灣金鑽鳳梨梳打，依個需要攪混先飲會好味啲。整體黎講CP值高，絕對值得假日去離島偷閒，如果係長洲渡假第二日去食就更加好。
