作為米之蓮一星的高級中菜食府,竟然係比我9流的服務!!!!老婆知我鍾意食中國菜,而佢睇到麥玲玲係一本雜誌上的一個食評關於港島廳,讚到天上有地下無咁,所以佢就book定檯同我昨天晚上去食,而喜歡品酒的我,就算HK200開瓶費,我都帶一枝好靚嘅1988年Chambertin去飲,點知....我地book7:30pm準時到達,一坐下我就放枝就係檯上,兩個人等咗3-4分鐘,都冇人來招呼,啲manager行過幾次都只係望住我地然後走咗去... 冇menu,冇人來問我地飲乜,冇人來問我地洗唔洗開咗支酒先.... 完全唔相信一間自稱高級食府會有咁嘅Service同態度!當我面色變了上開口之際,有個manager就攞menu過來啦,但都係冇問我地飲乜r,洗唔洗開咗枝酒breath下先咁... 放低menu行咗去... 我真係想同佢講... 我枝酒分分鍾貴過餐飯,係你唔識我枝酒定係你唔care呢? 算,我再叫個waiter過來開枝酒,但係都開得好差囉... 個coil就開到難晒,又差少少開難cork...我唔明點解佢地個wine list 會有82, 78 啲fine wine,比啲客見到佢地咁se

Order 嘢食,就叫佢地話最好的叉燒,梨香帶子,釀蟹蓋,老實講,佢地個叉燒只係ok, 未去都話好得咁囉,HK128又係偏貴囉... 富聲啲叉燒真係好食過佢多多聲!!!
梨香帶子淡而無味,係淡,唔係清嗰隻囉....炸得又唔夠脆.
釀蟹蓋算係最有水準的... 好食!
最後.... order個甜品la... 叫咗個南乳油香餅... 等咗20分鐘.... 檯面啲嘢收晒,但冇人來問有冇嘢未到... 呢啲乜嘢Service r? 我去普通啲酒樓,啲部長見你檯面冇晒嘢仲係到等... 都識得過來問下你la.... 最後我叫個manager 過來話order咗甜品20分鐘都未有....佢就話跟跟... 又五分鐘... and then 個waiter 囉個dessert menu過來問我order 咗乜未到,我話我唔會講,你如果落咗單會有record... 咁佢先話漏咗order...... 算埋單走人... $0 tip!!!

唔該同人講唔好去Island tang or kowloon tang... 離晒譜!!!!
