To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本來，一個多月前已訂了兩圍12人嘅全包宴, 當然講明係12人一圍。（之前職員仲話幫忙會安排側邊已經做唔到，都算。）我哋已經提早咗去到酒樓拎位，但職員居然安排了兩張10人枱比我哋。咁點坐得落呢？人貼人張椅仲要擺後啲先得。連上菜位都迫唔到出嚟，仲要因為枱又細咗，啲食物都放唔落，一轉食物盤就推跌晒啲杯！！ 冇枱你其實一早講ok的，又唔係冇第二間酒樓, 你唔會即時先知掛， 根本係焗你到晒焗你坐，難為啲親戚朋友嚟晒迫住食飯咁肉酸！！ 另當晚蒸魚嘅欖豉角味道好怪。西蘭花好硬，帶子唔新鮮所以整到好咸，炸唔知咩餅老公話好硬，個湯冇咩味食咗一啖冇食了。其他野食就正常。
