To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時間中都會和老公家人下去附近的稻香吃小菜,有一兩次還吃過$1一隻雞,性價比不錯,食物還好。今次和三個朋友吃飯,隨便找一間酒樓吃,想他們可以喝酒,大家可以坐久些,但是食物卻難食到一個點,要差評!燒腩肉 - 只有一個咸字,皮有小脆,味道不好。那個戒辣醬真是一絕,稀到不得了,朋友問侍應是否不小心加了水,想換稱些的,侍應回簽廚師說這是正常的。本人真的未見過燒腩肉要點加水的稀的戒辣醬,長知識了!金銀蛋莧菜 - 正常的一味菜。芝士蝦伊麵 - 又是難吃到一個點!望望個圖吧!芝士稠到一個點,伊麵被包圍著,十分難才夾起。味道不好,勉強吃完一小碗,完全不想再吃第二碗。蜜桃咕嚕肉 - 朋友說桃是新鮮的,雖然我吃不出。這個咕嚕肉是ok的,點得過。朋友一兩支一兩支大啤點,侍應都肯給冰袋,服務是ok的。不會再幫襯這一間了。
