To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一向很少幫襯快餐店,但因為lunchtime 時間緊迫,只好做gym後趕快公司附近的快餐店食晏。今次竟然畀我食到一個練大隻必食嘅健康增肌午餐——雞胸紅米飯。雞胸十分大塊,目測同我嘅✋🏾差唔多,而且又厚又啖啖肉。當然雞胸一定會比雞的其他部位乾身向粗糙,但勝在有少量磨菇汁,另雞胸更易入口。紅米飯比白飯有更多纖維,幫助消化,也是健康之選!🤗雞胸紅米飯簡直係健康增肌人士的恩物,餐後既滿足而且感覺健康良好,出街食飯總算可以避免其他油膩的食物。👍🏾

雞胸十分大塊,目測同我嘅✋🏾差唔多,而且又厚又啖啖肉。當然雞胸一定會比雞的其他部位乾身向粗糙,但勝在有少量磨菇汁,另雞胸更易入口。紅米飯比白飯有更多纖維,幫助消化,也是健康之選!🤗
