To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

兩個人在中環做嘢，1330去千両，雖然門口好多人，但只要等兩張飛，太好了！坐低即刻響迴轉帶取壽司！千兩用嘅日本芥辣，比起元氣特別一點，顆粒狀，唔係膏狀，亦唔會一味攻鼻，有返啲香味！任食嘅子薑亦是我嘅至愛，不大辣，清返口腔內嘅油膩感！三文魚--正常！帶子--正常！紫蘇青瓜卷--紫蘇嘅獨特味道，配清新青瓜，好味馬刀貝--自己一向喜歡貝類壽司爽口嘅口感！厚燒蛋--唔連飯，甜甜地，熱食好味！墨魚--正常！八爪魚刺身--薄切，唔硬好易咬，我用伴碟紫蘇葉包其中一塊食，仲正！炙燒左口魚裙邊壽司--燒過嘅左口魚，油香充滿口內，正！炙燒三文魚壽司--熟嘅三文魚，始終有啲嚡，雖然燒完油香出咗，無左口魚咁滑！咁多款都新鮮好味，尤其是炙燒左口魚裙邊及紫蘇青瓜卷係我嘅至愛！日本菜嘅餐廳，地方乾淨程度通常有保證，侍應勤快！

帶子--正常！
紫蘇青瓜卷--紫蘇嘅獨特味道，配清新青瓜，好味
