To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大家都知道元氣經常有拎籌排長龍嘅情況出現，但竟然俾我發現一間唔洗點排嘅元氣沙田分店。相信大家都試過係沙田某元氣分店排隊接近一個鐘以上，今次無意中發現，只需要係沙田站行多幾步，到HomeSquare嘅分店，就會少好多人，係晚餐時段，甚至係唔需要排隊，就可以直接入座。依然保持食物質素，店員的服務亦十分友善，餐廳的環境同空問寬敞。
