今日氣溫突然驟減,又落咗幾日雨。突然興趣想打個靚邊爐。不要韓式,日式,台式。唔知係咪人大咗,開始突然想食那種很港式的邊爐,就是中學會一班fd去食的那種經朋友介紹,話mk有間可以試試。一試發現幾唔錯。環境:冷氣勁,有波睇。啤酒夠凍。位置寬。很平凡的裝修。但要一次過滿足以上幾點的邊爐店都已經唔多了。食物:今日試沙爹拼清湯,沙爹濃郁,可以見好多花生係底,實屬難得。前菜必食鴛鴦墨魚油炸鬼。應該慢火久炸,才能炸出這老油條脆而不蘇但又厚實的口感。個人鐘意最後一淡浸入湯底。配菜自己很愛,鵝腸,肥美之選。可惜墨魚芝士有點過鹹。最後唔好漏咗竹蔗茅根。回甘又不過甜,很真材實料。推薦。

一試發現幾唔錯。

冷氣勁,有波睇。啤酒夠凍。位置寬。很平凡的裝修。但要一次過滿足以上幾點的邊爐店都已經唔多了。

今日試沙爹拼清湯,沙爹濃郁,可以見好多花生係底,實屬難得。

前菜必食鴛鴦墨魚油炸鬼。應該慢火久炸,才能炸出這老油條脆而不蘇但又厚實的口感。個人鐘意最後一淡浸入湯底。

配菜自己很愛,鵝腸,肥美之選。

可惜墨魚芝士有點過鹹。
