To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 難得放鬆心情的中環Lunch

難得同朋友來食Lunch，她選了一間係中環但未見過的沙律店，於是前來一探究竟。踏進店內立刻感到環境好放鬆，店內的木質裝潢使我心情從工作中脫離出來，好像是在過週末。店內沙律吧有不少菜色挑選，無奈小盒只能選2 Toppings $65，每加一種Topping 加$10。本來打算選大盒裝可以有3 Toppings $85，但被店員勸說先吃小盒裝（因為分量比較大）湯$35，我覺得有d貴同未必飲得落就無點。salad 可以選沙律菜底或者糙米飯底或者Mix。我想試食的就當然選了mix啦。沙律菜的味道不錯，雖然我平時唔食沙律，但感覺toppings都幾juicy，但糙米飯有少少乾。但值得稱讚的是店內環境和氛圍真係好好，二樓有5-6張檯，大概可以坐25人左右，旁邊還有書架，我座位旁邊就是一沓旅遊書（lonely planet HK) ，彷彿我將要去旅行一樣，幾開心。今日我大概12:15分到，樓上全是空位，但坐到12:50分左右就開始有搵位困難。中環仲有咁既環境的餐廳，而唔係清一色酒吧/精品餐廳/快餐，令人眼前一亮。
