To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

跟友人兩個想吃烤鴨，難得見大都有兩人餐，而且有卡位，仲可以book 位，所以一試。果然中餐來講少中餐有卡位，果然卡位真係好舒適，適合人少也是想去吃中餐。叫了二人套餐，主角當然係烤鴨啦！烤鴨來講，鴨皮真係好薄好香，冇肥油。皮跟肉是完全分開的。配料也有特別加入紅菜頭。塊麵皮也超級薄。兩人餐有文思豆腐羮、小食有四喜烤夫併酸魚(酸魚幾好食)，還有炒蝦球、炒四季豆也是正常水準(但不是必食，唔食餐可以唔叫呢個)反而小龍包好好食，皮薄多汁。兩人餐價錢是$488 ，但埋單都要$600多，因為佢那幾粒水果要收$15/位(留意反係一碟，但收$30），茶介又收$15/位，再加服務費，所以都幾貴。不過份量方面兩人食剛好。
