好多年前韓風未吹起已經幫襯過莊園,當時並無留下特別深刻嘅印象。到現今周街都係韓烤連鎖店,大部分店都係一入門口就話要個半鐘交枱,加埋無心工作嘅仔,大陸嚟嘅食材,令我一早已經對韓烤失去興趣。直到呢晚喺tst三更半夜乜舖都收晒,突然見到莊園仲話收5am,二話不說就入左去兩條友伴菜有足足九小碟!另外我地叫左豬腩肉同埋羊肉,兩支Makkoli同四支Chung Ha,埋單都係八百幾,好抵又好食!豬腩肉較紅嘅顏色,同燒完口感同味道明顯唔係大陸豬,冇大陸豬陣蘇味,同埋入口口感較林,一問之下原來真材實料用韓國豬。羊肉用醬汁浸過,但都冇太甜同完全保留到羊肉味,推薦!
