Restaurant: Wing Wah Southeast Asia Cafe

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

閒遊上環,原來差館上街開左一家都幾有南洋風味的餐廳,位置都幾隱蔽,唔講唔知開左喺嗰個位。熱狗薯角熱狗飽好濃,不過夠熱。薯角又好膿不過不失。冬蔭公湯金邊粉配燒豬頸肉湯金邊粉用左熱鍋上碟,幾特別。湯底酸酸的好開胃,而且加左索味的豆卜,好多舊呀好滿足!失望是豬頸肉好黑,又完全不熱,沒有燒的感覺,好似食像筋一樣。雞扒可能會較好!牛油雞翼午餐加十五蚊的小食,雞翼新鮮炸起,牛油味淡淡地。雞翼好厚肉,幾香口!食物勝在夠經濟,是區內少有的星泰餐廳。不過食物好膿,d色好黑唔知係咪無換油,加上店員不太友善,如果呢兩點可以改善就好了。
