To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於佐敦逸東酒店的The Astor 普慶餐廳自助餐，之前見過有做75折，而家到3月31日每兩位客人，第二位半價。相信疫市期間😷都繼續會推出優惠🤑每位客人入坐前都要量度體溫，服務態度Very Good，侍應有禮貌、食物多元化。食物分了5個區域（中、日、印度、凍海鮮、甜品）另一邊應該仲有一個區域但無開。拎凍海鮮時會俾一碗碎冰墊底，開生蠔時會一邊沖水一邊開，龍蝦、凍蝦🦐青口、麵包蟹🦀長腳蟹有保鮮紙封好，其他熟食大部分都有蓋封好，感覺好衛生👍拎完生蠔返位的時候，有職員過黎溫馨提示生蠔要食先，好細心的服務👍食到中途會有三次驚喜，職員會叫你出去排隊拎，我地當晚有（片皮鴨、燒龍蝦、火焰雪糕）屬於香港人的酒店自助餐一定要支持👍當晚係星期日目測都有八成入座率，應該全部都係香港人🇭🇰我見最後埋單時會有一位職員有禮貌地問覺得如何、食物質素如何？應該隨機問，因為無問我地😂
