To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去咗石門同小朋友返完playgroup後,就同屋企人喺石門彩福皇宴到食晚飯,叫咗幾樣餸都非常之滿意!廣東的鹹魚非常有名氣,雖然聞起來臭臭的,可是烹製過後昧道卻讓人難以忘懷。這道鹹魚雞粒豆腐煲便是如此。提前處理過的鹹魚的特殊鮮香在雞肉的烘托下將一道豆腐菜提升了一種境界。簡單的食材,不一樣的美味,值得一試。黑松露秋葵帶子炒蛋,炒滑蛋好吃,加了黑松露醬的就更加美味,偶爾豪一豪。帶子配秋葵食落韌度,但味道一樣鮮甜,帶子厚肉爽口。櫻花蝦XO醬花生苗蘆筍炒蝦鬆味道不會太乾,且XO醬往往給人一種微辣刺激感覺,好正呀!另外叫咗三個甜品椰汁糕同香芋西米焗布甸同原個椰皇燉燕窩,三種甜品都不會太甜而且食完仲好想再食,真係值得推介。
