To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

疫症下，周圍都冇乜人敢出去食野，而我咁岩出左去番黎，又唔想煮，所以去左食上次叫外賣唔錯既牛一食晚餐，仲記得上次叫既豬頸肉撈檬真心唔錯，豬頸肉係炸既，脆口又好味，但今次堂食就太油膩喇，食左幾條就食唔落，第二係個檬粉太乾，乾到飲左成枝汽水都食唔落去，加左勁多魚露都咁乾，之後就放棄再食。正所謂有失必有得，個火車頭河竟然真心唔錯，牛丸入味，生牛唔錯，個湯河就正，所以我清哂朋友個湯河，推左個豬頸肉撈檬俾個FD食整體黎講，其實唔錯，可能當晚表現有D失色，期望下次再黎果時，個質素會提升番正常水平。
