To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為生日的緣固，海洋公園有免費飛送畀我慶祝生日，所以便去咗海洋公園一天遊，係下午想找間餐廳食中午飯，人非常之多，老公就揀咗呢一間餐廳，原先都唔知係邊度，原來依間餐廳嘅景觀非常之好，簡直有皇帝腳下的感覺，探望住整個香港仔的海灣，令到整個人心曠神怡，這個生日真的令我快樂！然後我哋都急不及待點了兩個餐，一個就焗海鮮南瓜，另外一個就係煙肉意粉，1兩個味道都非常之好味南瓜它很軟骨，配合這個海鮮白汁，海鮮配合得天衣無縫，入口即感受到南瓜的鮮甜及海鮮的鮮味。這個煙肉意粉，醬汁也非常之濃烈，一啖一啖都有煙肉及白汁的香甜，令我的胃口大飽口福，食完正餐還有海洋公園送的生日甜品，就是生日蛋糕，真的好感謝海洋公園安排，下次生日我一定會再嚟過海洋公園！
