To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 香港食肆林立，不同的商場及屋邨地方都有好多快餐連鎖店。設備先進及優惠多多，究竟他們在食店衛生清潔方面做咗幾多功夫呢？我覺得客人光顧，除了食物好食好味之餘，其實食物及食肆衛生都是重要的因素。我跑完步，進了一間大家樂食早餐。我叫咗雞扒腸仔米粉，加三蚊叫咗一杯泡沫咖啡。米粉嘅湯都好清淡，好似水一樣。雞扒就入味，食落好食。當我飲咖啡時，都覺得泡沫咖啡比較即磨咖啡好飲。最後飲到物品在口中，當我吐出的時候就發現是蟑螂。作為一個敢言的顧客，我投訴食店經理咖啡有蟑螂。經理說我更换一杯給你吧，我說不要了。我只想你注意衛生的問題。因為不潔的食物，可能有細菌，對健康有一定影響。下次我一定不來光顧。從圖中可見，我吐出來的明顯是曱甴。
