今天行經北角,突然很想吃燒味飯,在附近見到烔記餐室的燒味挺吸引的,我和友人趕不及便入去醫肚。餐廳門口展示各式各樣明爐燒味,店內位置不算很多,也就坐滿人,我們等了一會便入去。餐牌選擇很多,除了明爐燒味,也有招牌手撕雞。我和友了點了《雙拼燒鵝叉燒飯》,燒味色澤鮮明,香噴噴的燒鵝燒得香脆無比,咬一口燒鵝的油脂充滿整個口腔,吃到燒鵝髀更叫人興奮☺️;醬皇叉燒一吃難忘,感覺輕輕的一咬便把叉燒咬開,半肥瘦肉質不會死甜,油脂分佈恰當好處👍🏻👍🏻《鹽焗手撕雞飯》,淡淡的鹽香手撕雞伴有青瓜絲,手撕雞上配有芝麻,吃上口有點芝麻香,肉質不會乾柴,油脂滿滿,吃起來頗嫩滑。《海蜇燻蹄》入口清新爽口,燻蹄配上酸甜汁,十分開胃,這碟冷盤小食不過不失。《桶子豉油雞》非常肥美,從雞皮顏色可見醃得入味,入口一如所料肉質非常嫩滑且入味,但不會死咸,配上薑蓉無得頂。總括而言,燒味非常推介,而且和價錢成正比👍🏻
