大食會聚餐中,其中一位會友極力推介灣仔「名爵」,激讚佢抵食又好味,有興趣o既十個人就立刻夾好日子去試食。「名爵」位於灣景中心,離地鐡站頗遠,附近一帶o既交通經常性擠塞,乘搭公共交通工具,甚至的士或私家車都極難掌握時間,落咗車仲要搵電梯或升降機上三樓,地點可算唔多方便 。餐廳由門口到大廳o既裝潢全以粉紫、粉紅同白色為主,裝飾都用上花花同蝴蝶,極富婚宴味,同為單身o既小肥同Auntie V一同行經走廊,耳邊彷彿正奏出結婚進行曲,搞到大家都打哂冷震 ,好唔自然。入座一刻即發現食店屬好彩集團名下,而且標名為「婚宴專門店」。除咗經理姐姐一人較為落力之外,樓面伙計大多都面無表情,唔多願做咁 。點餸方面交由會友即場同經理姐姐商討,大致上都係叫返啲抵食o既推廣菜式。 响螺海皇冬瓜盅($168):冬瓜盅湯味清甜,其實都好足料吓,同行o既會員卻挑剔地形容湯品只屬中規中矩,好彩睇清楚價錢為每盅$168後都大叫抵食 。 潮連燒鵝皇($148/半隻;$280/隻):訂枱時其實只係訂咗半隻,不過姐姐話留咗一隻,見大家都冇異議,最終我地就要咗一隻。大食會中有多位隱世廚神同食家,除咗彈燒鵝唔夠熱、皮唔夠脆
