To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同朋友晚飯,想嗌撈檬,點知話無。。。於是嗌推介既牛柳絲繽海,同招牌春卷。誰不知繽海既牛柳絲唔單止個樣唔討好,似食剩一散堆,食落仲勁大陣鬆肉粉味,真係好難食。春卷係熱係脆,餡料充實,但味道都好一般,似有味精,唔太好食。咁既越南野咁難食,真係令人好失望。唔會再黎,更唔會推介 😰 一定要講好食,咁唯有係生菜囉,新鮮無起銹,洗得好乾淨。自己去街市買一堆返屋企洗都可以做到咁好食... 仲唔洗咁貴。呢兩味連加一盛惠108蚊 so sad...
