To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 難食到死，態度惡劣

今日要去中環探朋友，因為茶餐廳買少見少，所以揀左小雨天，我朋友貪小雨天有露天位置，可以食煙。我知道葵芳都有小雨天分店而且好出名，所以更加想試。中環果間冷氣好凍，凍檸茶好大杯。我叫左酸菜牛腩飯，好大碟，不過d 酸菜太咸，唔好食，牛腩賣相ok，但咬落去好硬，而且冇牛肉香味，好唔新鮮。另外，我朋友叫左豬骨湯蠔仔飯，好淡，完全冇味，豬骨湯冇豬骨味，蠔冇鮮甜味，根度難食，純粹澱粉質填飽個肚。招呼好差，d 呀姐態度好惡劣，連餐紙都唔比，要紙巾就要比錢買，好奸商。唔會再幫襯。
