To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日公司補假,一早訓醒唸住去樓下食個早餐做個好開始,見好耐無幫親過大快活,就入去食下啦!9點幾個餐牌已經有1/3 收左,可能好食都俾人食曬啦!我揀左個炸魚柳炒蛋轉蘿蔔糕,加7.5upgrade 埋個雪菜肉絲米。首先個雪菜肉絲米,我真係食唔到肉絲…食曬成碗都係得兩三粒肉,個湯好味精feel。個蘿白糕好淋好散,而且乜料都無,好似得d蝦米。最後個魚柳好大陣雪味。一切都好bad,短時間內我一定唔會再幫親啦!估唔到退步咁多。
