To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

難食海南雞飯

間中會到此店食早餐，食物水準還可以。估唔到今次食晚餐便出事。首先，星期六晚七點三十分到，入店內只得幾檯客人用膳，已估這裡晚餐麻麻，因這間餐廳面積挺大，有幾十張檯，现在只有幾檯客實在差別很大。坐低點餐，便點了海南雞飯，一碗例湯一杯凍檸茶，就要62元，價錢略貴。而海南雞飯沒有雞味，而且肉質感太（鞋）口，味道淡口。飯雖熱辣辣但沒有油香味，而配菜之白菜凍冰冰的，較為馬虎之作。慶幸這店服務员招呼好，這是唯一安慰。
