To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因疫情關係，所以買外賣回家食.上網見到丼丼屋有四人餐優惠，於是落單外賣自取.套餐包括四個飯，沒有得自選，其中兩個餐係‘吉列豚丼’，三塊厚厚的炸粉包裹住薄到紙一樣的豬肉，一口咬下去，全口都係炸粉的感覺，非常失敗！ 用$380蚊的價錢購買四人餐，結果其中兩個餐難食到完全放不入口，沒有預期如厚切吉列豬扒般厚身，但沒有料到薄如紙還幾乎都係炸粉！難怪商家設定套餐內一定要包括這兩個一樣的餐，用低成本去賺取高回報.
