To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

工作繁忙，三時才有時間午膳，在公司附近隨意搵間，甚少幫襯呢間翠豪園，但為左唔行咁遠，即管試試，入到去得四五檯客，工廠區算少人，本想食牛腩河，但睇過價錢唔抵，都係揀下午茶餐下午茶餐選擇都算多，有公仔麵，三文治，沙律可選擇，當午餐食，都係揀個炒粉麵，貪佢夠飽肚點了個豉油皇炒麵，一上檯已覺份量算少，現下午茶餐都預左，一吃麵質頗硬，明顯炒得未夠火候，味道亦很淡，無鑊氣之餘豉油味又唔夠，差奶茶就不算太差，普通水平埋單$39；唔會再幫襯
