To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

與朋友兩人一起來食，點了一個集錦拉面和豬排肉躁飯，再加2杯飲品。其中飲品點了奶茶及珍珠奶茶，飲品還好，沒什麼問題。集錦拉面有3片豬脛肉，一隻鹵蛋加一隻雞翼，湯底很咸，整體難食。肉躁飯的肉躁完全有一舊舊，不知怎形容，難食。我們對飲食要求不高，但二人都覺難食。老實說，服務還好。但食物就……以後不會再去。
