To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

譚仔的雲南米線全港九新界，一定會有間係左近，我也食過數次，我最喜歡的就是這個組合，清湯墨丸炸醬米線米線配料豐富有牙菜九菜和腐皮，腐皮豆味香濃墨丸入口十分彈牙而且還有一粒粒的墨魚肉，至於炸醬真的要讚，是分開上的。你喜歡淨食放湯或撈米線各式其式任你喜歡😉，米線煮得恰到好處不會過硬或太腍非常滑溜已這個價錢和質素我真的不知道還有什麼選擇，希望能保持水準吧！
