To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐廳內空間不大，也沒幾張桌子有點擁擠。基本上兩位就是要拼桌的，全部現金支付的不接受刷卡。因為已過飯點，我們進入店內，店家馬上給安排入座，點單，上菜，速度都是很快的。我們點了本店的招牌菜: 清湯腩面、鮮蝦雲吞面、絲襪奶茶，招牌的清湯腩面口味肯定不會錯，還非常實惠，裡面的牛肉量很多！特別是牛肉燉的很入味軟爛，是我喜歡的口感。雲吞麵的味道也是很鮮很香，雲吞里包的全是蝦，真的超級棒！絲襪奶茶是牛奶的醇香夾雜茶的苦澀味，細滑爽口，味道好特別啊。在香港吃東西就是真材實料能讓人放心的大開尊口的。
