開頭見到碗麵嘅時候覺得好奇怪,點解冇雲吞嘅,原來佢哋用咗傳統方法將雲吞全放係碗底,麵放碗面,原來咁樣麵口感更爽呢個咁傳統嘅雲吞麵做法已經買少見少到介紹下碗麵🍜雲吞材料係用三七肥瘦黃金比例100%丹麥嘅豬肉🐷佢哋將炸過既大地魚肉,磨成粉作雲吞調味料👍🏻所以每粒雲吞都食到大地魚既鮮味👍🏻而且每粒都係全人手,以傳統散尾雲吞包製,皮薄餡靚。🍜而湯底方面,佢哋以原條大地魚肉分層燒焗、再加入蝦殼、豬骨熬製3 小時,湯底金黃而清澈😍完全唔係味精湯,飲咗都唔會頸渴👍🏻湯底味道一入口有大地魚既烤魚鮮味,中間有蝦海鮮味,最後會有回甘的甜👍🏻好滿足😊
