To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

照舊啦，都係平時咁，食飽咗又想再食少少野。今次食完午餐，襯六點前可以入座，入來雲桂香食下野！因為食飽咗，所以今次唔食米線之類麵食，快速食啲小食！📍秘製豬頸肉（$47）見餐牌寫住秘製，而且冇圖片，忍不住叫來睇睇咩味。哦，原來係泰式感覺的豬頸肉，肉量慷慨大方，配上泰式辣醬，味道不錯。📍口水雞（$52）好輕微少少辣，咸香味為主。秘製麻辣醬汁浸透成隻雞，頗入味，雞肉尚算嫩滑，量多。以呢個價錢來講，萬分抵食！

📍秘製豬頸肉（$47）
見餐牌寫住秘製，而且冇圖片，忍不住叫來睇睇咩味。哦，原來係泰式感覺的豬頸肉，肉量慷慨大方，配上泰式辣醬，味道不錯。
