一提起尖沙嘴喜來登酒店內的雲海日本料理,第一時間很自然就會聯想起雲海的招牌鐵板燒。不過聽說原來這裡的壽司也做得不錯,於是這夜我們就選擇坐在壽司吧台前,初嚐雲海日本料理的omakase。雲海日本料理的晚市廚師發辦有2款 - $800和$1200,加上不少信用卡也有折扣優惠,以酒店來說,這定價比預期低呢。大家都選了$1200的set,由師傅按時令食材為我們安排這夜的晚餐。先以雞泡魚乾與當造的螢光魷魚,拌清酒,輕鬆一下。6款刺身,依序為蠔、左口魚薄切、北海道帆立貝、牡丹蝦、深海池魚、油甘魚及赤身與拖羅。帆立貝甜嫩美味。牡丹蝦相當肥美,質感軟糯、頗鮮甜。師傅另外安排一蝦二吃,把蝦頭炸成香口小食。赤身與拖羅,可品嚐吞拿魚2個不同部位,2種食感。接著是5款壽司,先有鳥貝、青柳貝、象拔蚌3款春日時令爽口貝類,水準不過不失。之後就是油分較高的火炙左口魚裙邊壽司和海膽壽司。最後每位還有一份吞拿魚腩蓉手卷及一碗熱騰騰麵豉湯。吞拿魚腩蓉手卷的吞拿魚腩蓉入口溶化,夠吸引呢!如果紫菜更香更脆,那便必定更滿足了~甜品可選雪糕或水果,我選了芝麻雪糕,甜一甜 雲海日本料理的用餐環境舒適整潔,的確是個三五好友聚餐聊聊天
