To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

咁岩去開馬鞍山搵朋友，正當肚餓既時候就見到呢間「阿桂老友粉」。廣西南寧風味從未食過，就決定一試。首先食左個「正宗擔擔麵」，想睇下佢同上海口味有咩唔同。拎上台時熱辣辣，配料有肉碎、花生碎等，可揀辣唔辣，發覺佢比起上海口味多了一份花生香味，混和本身的肉碎花生醬汁更顯濃郁，擔擔麵有咬感，1d都唔乾，好食！「麻辣口水雞」，口水雞肉嫩又入味，辣度選了小辣，辣度剛好，小小刺激，吃後麻感餘韻充斥口腔，味道很香很惹味，嗜辣者可試大辣！最後，佢個自製山楂蘋果茶不得不讚！！！我一向都不會order山楂茶，見佢加入左蘋果，諗住試下味道如何。。飲第一啖即刻愛上，入口清甜又解喝，酸酸甜甜，感覺同一般山楂茶好唔同，好fresh！！諗起都想再飲！！價錢方面勁抵食，又大大碗!
