馬鞍山店一早就已經食過,估唔到你我番工地方-觀塘都開咗間。豬肚絲有分好多口味,麻辣、口水、酸辣都有,同行人土今日想食酸嘢就叫咗呢個~,粉皮夠煙韌~有咬口~特意炒香的芝麻粒帶出咗香味,青瓜絲令豬肚絲質感非常爽彈!而且入味十足~勁足料,呢個係朋友食嘅,佢鐘意清淡啲,就揀左豬骨湯,湯底真係有大大舊豬骨響到~!聽佢講仲真係一啲味精都無~老闆注重健康喎~不過鐘意濃味既最好就同啲姐姐請要濃味啲,有啲人可能會覺得清湯淡~大大碗嘅腩肉蓮藕粉係我的最愛!點解?因為佢夠哂惹味,風味十足~岩哂重口味既各位!;P另外,仲有腐竹、酸菜、韮菜等做配菜,加埋燘至入埋腩肉同炸醫肉碎,你都咪話唔豐富!!湯底濃郁,色、香、味俱全,滿足你味呢款脆皮肉簡直又係少編最愛之一!!脆就唔洗講啦,食落一啲都唔油!肥瘦部位適宜~一口咬落去~勁脆!!肉味既餘韻係口入面久久不散.......認真好好食!

我重口味所以會推介酸辣腩肉炸醬蓮藕粉,清湯就清淡啲唔太啱我。
值得一試,味道特別,粉麵都好有特色~山楂蘋果茶好好飲,聽講係自己煲,唔會太甜,有淡淡蘋果香。
小食都唔錯。四十幾蚊有飯有野飲有蘿蔔絲小食,仲有個9折,埋單都係三十幾,超抵食!
