住咗係屯門放假都懶出外,亦好耐冇出城探亞爸亞媽,咁今個禮拜就做下考順仔出去探下佢地同帶佢地食下好野先!佢地想食海鮮,又唔想食一般酒樓食啲千遍一律嘅菜式,但老人家又唔多like西餐同日本菜!真係比佢地考起下,上網揾搵揾⋯⋯比我揾到嘞.......九龍城雷公子海鮮串燒大排檔是也!雷公子座落在城南道⋯⋯正是泰國街。大概七點鐘到達,因為有訂座,很快就安排到枱!話係大排檔,但係坐得都好舒服。一坐低,侍應就比碗免費例湯我哋飲:雪耳木瓜南北杏煲豬骨!話係例湯,但係好真材實料,清潤又無加味精。點菜嘞,侍應介紹咗幾款招牌菜燒BB鴿3隻 $68/只每人半隻,簡直外脆內軟!外面脆卜卜,入面肉質軟滑而且超多肉汁,估唔到BB鴿都有咁多肉。而且醃得非常惹名,堅難係其他地方食到!正!鹽焗東風螺 $88辣酒煮就食得多,呢個煮法就第一次食!果然特別,可以食到螺的鮮味!!惠州梅菜炒菜芯 $88以為係普通的小菜,但又出奇的惹味!梅菜唔鹹並且爆到脆卜卜,菜芯又炒得好有鑊氣。最重要係一啲都唔油,食到碟底都唔見有油!師傅真勁!蒜蓉燒元貝 $48/只扇貝好鮮味又啖啖肉, 呢度唔似一般嘅酒樓咁配粉絲,呢度用什菇墊底⋯⋯效果果然唔錯,

扇貝好鮮味又啖啖肉, 呢度唔似一般嘅酒樓咁配粉絲,呢度用什菇墊底⋯⋯效果果然唔錯,菇吸了扇貝既汁,好鮮味!
要一提嘅,平日九點後扇貝一律賣一蚊隻!有機會可試試!!

咦!又真係好好食喎!未食落口而聞到烤得好香,食落口簡直不得了!外面的秘製醬汁真係好好味,堅惹味。舊豬肋骨好juicy,燒得啱啱好非常嫩滑;比一般的豬肋骨更多肉汁更加惹味!
我們一人一舊好快清碟,令人回味不已!
