To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大前日(22-7-2019 Mon)同女同事CY, CS 嚟食晏,當日朝早打電話嚟book枱,開頭接電話嗰個好有禮貌咁轉俾佢同事,到佢同事接手,我表明想book3人枱,佢語氣麻麻話:”3人枱冇得book,你嚟等位啦.”講完即刻收線,拜拜都冇聲,我亦完全冇可能再講.本來都唔想寫呢篇食評,不過我哋呢次叫嘅女食都唔錯,所以都寫,而其實我喺16-7-2019 (Tue),同男同事RL, FCP,女同事ES 都嚟過,不過冇寫,因為食嘅女都大同小異,只係可能提一提嘅,就係佢哋嘅燒鵝唔太差,唔講我皮脆,但味道同口感都幾好.而今次我哋早去到,好快有位,我哋要咗:1. $45.00嘅麻香牛蒡金錢絲份量唔多,我係咁搵牛蒡,但一條都搵唔到,牛肚絲爽口,調味就有少少麻辣,好彩係輕微,都OK 嘅.味道:5分2. $45.00嘅淮香椒鹽白飯魚炸得靚又乾身,外脆又夠味,唔錯.味道:5分3. $46.00嘅黑醋咕嚕肉呢個口感亦都脆口,感覺冇用茄汁咁膩. 味道:5分4. $30.00嘅龍皇野菌腸原本諗住平平無奇,但一咬落去就有驚喜,薄薄一層嘅腸粉,入面重有一層脆口,然後至到滿滿嘅雜菌.雜菌味道唔濃,卻食得出腸粉嘅米香味

而CY就要咗芒果布甸,CS 自己卻冇叫.

環境:
我哋被安排坐喺房入面,一共有6張枱,開頭冇乜人時,冷氣都夠,之後飲吓茶,食吓女就開始熱,甚至熱到出晒汗.到4張枱嘅人走晒,我哋聽到開大冷氣嘅聲,咁就涼返.但我想問,熱嘅時候唔開大啲,冇晒人至開做咩?
