To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

説起香港燒味,應該是數一數二必食的產物,想不到能吃到周星馳的戲裏面的食神叉燒-黯然銷魂飯,是原創者戴師傅親自監督。比起一般傳統燒味餐廳乾淨舒服,重點霓虹燈的裝飾打卡令食物更有畫面。位置在地鐵站附近,在網紅餐廳半島冰室轉過彎就能看見。遠遠已經看到食神叉燒招牌,非常搶眼。由於下午2:00過去,已經錯過了出爐時間,中午12點和3點是正正燒味出爐時間,叉燒愛好者可以嘗試他們特色—>叉燒特別部位(第一刀),用本地脢頭上肉,質地軟腍又帶點筋的爽勁,油脂甘香不膩,比較喜歡油脂分布高點可以選擇(一片天)。最後和朋友名點了脆皮燒腩骨配我最喜歡的賴粉,叫了豉油雞粉,外加了食神腩叉燒。女孩子有的時候覺得吃飯負擔較大,所以店家有三種粉面選擇很加分。雖然個人非常喜歡雞肉但總感覺叉燒是代表一個燒味店的靈魂。另外,燒肉也是燒味餐廳才比較能吃到,所以各樣來一份。脆皮燒腩肥瘦相間,帶點軟骨,卜卜脆嘅外皮,口感豐富。每一口都是實實在在的肉,加上賴粉爽口,絕不馬虎。另外,平時點開白切雞因為朋友改點豉油雞,豉油比平日吃到的淡,但正正帶出了雞的香氣,而且相當鮮嫩,色澤均勻又油亮,忍不住偷朋友的來吃。最後出場的食神腩叉燒
