To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本來打算食据牛排, MENU只有近排廣告HEAT的霜花牛肉的板燒, 於是ORDER了一客.以前係日本的PEPPER LUNCH食過一次這樣的板燒飯, 今日試下香港快餐版啦霜花牛肉的板燒配Cool Cool冰, 賣相真的抄PEPPER LUNCH以紙條圍著鐵板, .鐵板好熱,可今8片牛肉熟透, 跟住撈勻白飯, 粟米粒,車厘茄和紅洋蔥,加蒜蓉汁, 好香,前菜是日式黃瓜,酸薑和酸菜粒,冇吃.飯炒起來很香, 有D似韓國石頭飯, 加上用珍珠米, 口感極住, 好好味.Cool Cool冰係楊之金露, 味道OK.
