To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

想講食過好多間泰國餐廳,最得我心嘅青咖喱都係小曼谷,佢嘅青咖喱真係好有誠意,香味十足呢一日我叫咗佢嘅青咖喱海鮮$118海鮮份量好充足😋有青口有蝦有魷魚有帶子每一啖都食到好香嘅青咖喱我再叫咗芒果海鮮炒飯 同青咖喱海鮮一齊食呢個炒飯同樣係有好多我最愛嘅海鮮加埋好清甜新鮮嘅芒果,炒飯飯粒粒粒分明😋呢一餐真係非常享受同埋好開胃!!甜品方面，我叫咗個芒果糯米飯芒果好清甜，份量都有唔少糯米飯煮得好香，再倒埋啲椰漿落去真係有視覺上同味覺上嘅享受😎泰式青檸梳打😋
